Maryland Rural Development Corporation

The Maryland Rural Development Corporation is established to identify and respond to the human service and community development needs of eligible individuals, families and communities; develop and administer program activities that address identified needs or cause such program to be developed. Consistent with available funding and resources MRDC will focus its activities throughout rural areas in Maryland to improve the general human condition.
