About Us
Neighborhood Leadership Institute (NLI) exists to develop grassroots leaders who help rebuild the bonds of community and improve the quality of life for neighborhood residents throughout Greater Cleveland.
With support from the Cleveland Foundation, NLI is also the lead agency for MyCom's Neighborhood Engagement and Youth Engagement initiatives. MyCom is a broad-based initiative of people who believe youth development is a direct path to healthy, safe communities for everyone.
