About Us
"To assist the rural communities in creating and maintaining robust, cable and sustainable community organizations to expand their human and natural resource base for sustainable development." Objectives: (a) To assist Village Development Committees (VDCs) and Women Organizations (WOs) in organizational development and capacity building.
(b) To assist VDCs / WOs in the promotion and development of: § Natural resources § Community infrastructure § Health and education § Women development § Social Welfare
(c) To function as a liaison organization between Government, non-governmental agencies and donors which carry out developmental activities.
(d) To raise awareness in the member villages, regarding: § The need to protect the environment § The need for self help § The need for social development
