    Resources for the Future (RFF) is an independent, nonprofit research organization that aims to help people make better decisions about the conservation and use of their natural resources and the environment. For over 50 years, RFF has conducted original environmental and natural resource economics research, and analyzed environmental policy and contributed to its formation. Its research staff represents one of the largest groups of economists and policy analysts devoted to environmental and natural resource issues working under one roof anywhere in the world.
