    Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts (BBBSEM) is a fresh and innovative organization that is making a real difference in the lives of youth across Massachusetts Bay. With over 2,000 youth currently being served and over 60 years of experience fostering professionally supported one-to-one friendships between young people and adult mentors, BBBSMB is helping to strengthen communities by providing kids with an invested caring adult mentor in their lives.

    Being a Big Brother or Big Sister begins by starting a new friendship and is as simple as hanging out together a few hours, a couple times a month. With just a one-year commitment, being a "Big" can change the life of a child forever.

    MISSION: The mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay is to partner with under-resourced families to provide their children with transformational, one-to-one professionally-supported relationships with caring adult mentors, so that their children will thrive.
