About Us
Animal Action League is a non-profit 501(c)3 animal welfare organization. We are run dedicated volunteers and staff whose primary goal is to ensure animal welfare and happiness. We truly love what we do! We promote the spay/neuter of animals in the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas. We provide subsidized spay/neuter programs for low-income communities, and educate these communities on the importance of spaying/neutering their animals. Each day 10,000 humans are born in the U.S. - and each day 70,000 puppies and kittens are born. As long as these birth rates exist, there will never be enough homes for all the animals. As a result, every year 4 to 6 million animals are euthanized because there are no homes for them.
