Our Vision- To create a community in which persons with blindness and low vision have the resources and tools they need to reach their full potential.

Lighthouse is a critical service provider, offering blind and visually impaired children and adults an opportunity to learn to live independently. Lighthouse is the only non-profit, private agency providing comprehensive vision rehabilitation services in the Central Florida area -- including intervention services, training and counseling. Our goal of creating independence adds hope to our client's lives and ensures that success is the right of each individual.

Vision loss should not deprive any person from reaching ones full potential. Professional vision rehabilitation evens the playing field and promotes healthy and productive lives for visually impaired or blind citizens in our community.

Services offered by Lighthouse are provided to residents throughout the diverse Central Florida area, and are comprised of center-based models, community-based.
