Harmony Heights Residential and Day School

Harmony Heights is a therapeutic residential and day school for teenage girls with special emotional needs who cannot be served adequately in the standard high school setting. Its mission is to help severely depressed adolescent girls realize their academic potential and move towards success in achieving emotional stability and self-worth.

Founded in 1974 in Oyster Bay, Long Island, Harmony Heights is a chartered and registered high school accredited by the State of New York that provides its students an outstanding education, and the emotional and psychological support to help them reach their potential. Its facilities include a twenty-five room Tudor-style home on 12 acres in Oyster Bay Cove, where thirty of the school's seventy students reside throughout the school year, and a school building in East Norwich where every girl attends classes.
