The Melton Foundation
Founded in 1991, the Melton Foundation is a network of partner universities and over 450 competitively selected Fellows from Chile, China, Germany, Ghana, India, and the USA. Our portfolio of programs and activities is centered on promoting global citizenship as a way for people and institutions to address today's global challenges.
The Melton Foundation sponsors many programs and activities worldwide. These are designed to build and deploy a vibrant network of global citizens from diverse environments, professions, and life stages who collectively and individually embody and promote global citizenship. These activities are a mix of face-to-face events, usually hosted by partner universities, intensive online learning and collaboration, and outreach activities.
The Melton Foundation actively promotes global citizenship as a way for individuals and organizations to work together across boundaries of place and identity to address global challenges.
