Laborers' Eastern Region Organizing Fund

  • About Us

The Laborers' Eastern Region Organizing Fund (LEROF) is part of the Laborers' International Union of North America (LIUNA). We represent 300,000 construction workers in the U.S. and Canada. Our members work primarily in the construction industry. LEROF geographically covers the five boroughs of NYC and Long Island, New Jersey, and Delaware.

Our mission statement is to achieve the power and will to represent the interests and needs of all workers, union and non-union alike, in the economic, political, and social arenas of their lives. To organize the unorganized and assume a leading role in the revitalization of the labor movement.
