About Us

DSST Public Schools (DSST) is a network of 6-12th grade open-enrollment STEM charter schools and is part of the Denver Public Schools (DPS) system. This fall, DSST will serve approximately 3,500 students with 9 schools on 6 campuses. DSST has been approved to open five additional schools on three campuses over the next five years. At full enrollment, DSST Public Schools will serve over 6,500 students, and will help to nearly double the number of four-year college-ready DPS graduates by 2020.

A few quick notes about us:

  • 100% of DSST seniors have earned acceptance to a four year college.
  • DSST students have the one of the lowest remediation rates of all public and private schools in Colorado.
  • Our schools have been ranked the #1 performing high school and middle school in Denver for last 4 years.
  • The continued success of the DSST network has gained local and national attention, including our CEO testifying before congress as an expert in STEM education and being named one of the Top 30 Mid-sized Workplaces in Denver by the Denver Post two years in a row.
