About Us
Gore Place is a 50-acre historic estate less than 10 miles from downtown Boston. We have a grand 1806 Mansion steeped in history, a working farm, and act as an invaluable community resource. Accredited by the American Alliance of Museums, the mission of Gore Place is to preserve and promote the country estate of Christopher and Rebecca Gore as a unique community resource that tells the story of early 19th century American life.
