    Located in Rio Blanco, Nicaragua. Helps Nicaraguan villagers design and build their drinking water systems,(mostly by gravity), training of local project directors and technicians , conservation of springs water tables through reforestation, comprehensive hygiene education program, evaluation of impact of program on health of babies. Runs in Rio Blanco a technical school:ETAP for drinking water technical project directors Started in 1987. Also develops tools and programs for the design and calculation of water systems.
