About Us
Georgetown Main Street (GMS) is a new non-profit organization that is in the process of incorporating and applying for an official Main Street designation from the city of Washington, DC. Using the "Main Street Four Point Approach" as described by the National Main Street Center (more info at www.mainstreet.org) of Promotions, Design, Organization and Economic Vitality, Georgetown Main Street will work to help retain and recruit small businesses to the Wisconsin Avenue Corridor in Georgetown between the Whitehaven Parkway and the K Street Waterfront.
