As a candidate for the Colorado State House of Representatives, I am fighting to preserve all of our civil rights, focused on providing an excellent public education for the students of Colorado, and building a stronger community
We all know that our civil rights stand no chance if we don't fight for them. I have worked to secure your and my civil rights through my community service. Colorado's public education is near my heart. Having worked for Columbine High School, Community College of Denver, and MSU Denver I have seen the value of a high quality education and the impact that it has on the lives of students and their families. Within our neighborhoods we have lost something, we have lost community. Giving back to the community, volunteering with local groups, and connecting to each other will bring back the sense of community we have lost over the years.
