Leading Ladies' Network

The Leading Ladies’ Network (LLN) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) established to fulfil the need for a formalized network dedicated to supporting the personal growth and professional development of aspiring women leaders in Ghana. The vision of LLN is to develop and nurture a network of socially conscious women leaders who will help bring positive transformation to Africa and the rest of the world. Over the next five years, we seek to fulfil this vision by equipping tertiary-level with the tools necessary for them to become effective leaders and agents of social change. Leading Ladies’ Network recognizes that not every woman will become a visible leader in her community, or organization, or as an entrepreneur – regardless of their origin or circumstance. However, the more women leaders emerge in these areas, the more they can inspire other women and the more they can leverage their own success to improve circumstances for others.
