About Us
EPAYC is a community based juvenile court restorative justice alternative for first time or misdemeanor offenders. EPAYC’s mission is to provide a community based diversion program using positive peer influence, adult assistance and supportive services to East Palo Alto’s youth and families. EPA Youth Court helps youth offenders so they can make amends for harm done and constructively contribute to their community. EPA Youth Court helps school age children understand the impact of their choices on themselves, their families and the community at large.
