    Our mission is to provide social services and programs that empower individuals and promote community respect and self determination for all. The major components of APCC are Educational Support Services, Adult and Family Support Services and Community Services.

    During 2014 APCC served over 8,000 individuals. Over 70 % of APCC participants utilize three or more services during the year. 87% of the families and individuals we serve are Latino.
