About Us
Children at the Cooperative Nursery School create and engage in a rich developmentally appropriate curriculum and child centered environment. Our school seeks to establish an involved community of families who work together to provide the best early learning experience for each child. Through play and work children develop a mastery and ownership of their learning by participating actively and collaborating within this community. Children are supported and nurtured as their curiosity and interactions lead to discovery, problem solving skills, and independence. Through communication, respect, and love children learn that they are valued members of the community and that they do affect their world.
