We are Occupational Health and Safety Management Institute of Mongolia. /OSHMI NGO/

We run our activities without any grant from the government and any other institutions.

We aim to help Mongolian companies to become world stage-companies with safe and healthy workplaces and want to help them to get certified to international standards and recognized worldwide.

With this purpose we provide the local companies with consulting service on implementing international standards such as OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 into their activities.

We also conduct OH&S trainings for individuals and OH&S staffs that have safety responsibilities and do research related to OH&S.

We consider that if we want to achieve our purpose, we need to expand the scope of our activities and reach as many clients as possible.

To do this it is really important for us to improve the operational management, quality of our service and capacity of our employees.

Therefore we are seeking volunteers or volunteer providers to work with us for the term of 6- 12 months.

We would like to ask the experts or the providers to help and advise us on the following areas:

1. Improving our organization’s management and service quality
2. Improving our trainers’ ability and their teaching methodology
3. Improving our employees’ personal abilities /time management, communication skills and English speaking ability…/

We think that it is one of the important things to be considered to improve the employees’ English speaking ability to expand our activities abroad. So we are looking for an expert who speaks English fluently.
