    About the Charles Koch Institute

We’re dedicated to helping students and professionals drive social change, to achieve a society in which everybody has the opportunity to realize their potential and succeed by benefiting others. Our educational programs are for aspiring leaders who are motivated to challenge the status quo, solve problems, and work toward a better society for everyone.

Through our programs, participants gain knowledge, skills, and work experience to enable meaningful careers. Today, our 3,800 alumni are making a difference in the world as leaders transforming non-profit organizations, journalists keeping the public informed, social entrepreneurs addressing poverty, analysts improving public policy, and scholars doing cutting-edge research.

The Charles Koch Institute was created in September 2011 as a reflection of the tremendous growth of the professional education programs first started by the Charles Koch Foundation. The Institute is a 501(c)(3) educational organization.
