About Us

Go Inspire Go is a non-profit organization that uses social networking to inspire social change. It features inspirational character driven stories, of people going above and beyond to help their community.

The organization shares the character driven stories through video productions, blogging, and podcasts. These stories help provide viewers with an outlet of positive news in their daily lives. GIG seeks to continue its growth as an organization and expand its viewership and collection of stories.

As an example of the organizations work, last year, GIG highlighted a San Francisco pre-school student, 5-year-old Phoebe, who self initiated an aluminum can drive to feed the hungry. Her handwritten letters and personal requests raised more than $4,000 for the local food back. After GIG featured her efforts, she received a total of $20,202. In light of all the donations, Tyson Food Company donated 35,000 pounds –-that’s 15 tons-- of food in Phoebe’s name.
