iVolunteer is a social enterprise that promotes volunteering. Our Mission is to bring volunteers and organisations together to share time, skills and passion to promote India’s social development.
At a national level We achieve this mission through a large network of individuals, NGOs, corporate organisations and a range of initiatives.
Two such distinctive initiatives that enable skilled volunteers to contribute towards powering social change are ‘GYAN’ and ‘Impact Projects’.
GYAN
‘GYAN’ an acronym for Get Your Answers Now are customized and highly interactive training workshops designed to build capacity of employees of Non Profit Organizations.
Each session, inviting a maximum of 8 to 10 participants is designed after understanding their individual requirements and aimed at delivering an assured takeaway.
The resource persons are seniors / experts from the industry who are exposed to the context the development sector through their volunteering /consulting assignments. They VOLUNTEER for GYAN to offer handheld guidance and on the job inputs to the participants. They also agree to be accessible to the participants at any later date after the session at mutual convenience.

Impact Projects
NGOs often lack access to skilled volunteers. Skills that will help them operate more efficiently, like leveraging social media as a marketing tool, developing Human Resource policies and procedures, preparing a marketing strategy.
Impact Projects assist in fulfilling this need for skilled volunteers by connecting NGOs with volunteers based on their specific requirements.
Impact projects enable organisations to increase the efficacy and amplify the impact of their work with the support from skilled volunteers in the crucial and sought after areas of a) Marketing, b) Communication c) Human Resources and d) Technology.
