Our vision is to be the global leader in diversity and inclusion by driving worldwide executive leadership engagement, value and responsibilities and by utilizing workforce diversity at all levels, building collaboration and commitment for a balanced work-life environment.

Mission The global diversity and inclusion foundation, a 501 (c)3 nonprofit organization, serves as the global umbrella organization providing educational empowerment programs and services to support diversity, inclusion and equality for all.

Our Purpose At The Global Diversity and Inclusion Foundation (GDIF), our purpose is to bring cultures, companies and individuals together to achieve unequaled success using truly global diverse strategies. Our efforts succeed because we have worldwide participation.

This unique purpose will create an all-inclusive environment to help everyone embrace and profit from this empowering convergence by equipping businesses to conduct business on national and global levels.

Our global Vision working with Cultural concepts challenges the traditional approach to diversity and unites the global span of cultural differences by allowing everyone utilization of our resources. With thought leadership we readily identify and influence the quest for diversity and inclusion. We believe in a six-step process that includes:
