The Orlando Neighborhood Improvement Corporation (ONIC) is a not-for-profit development company that has been developing affordable housing in Central Florida since 1989.
Mission: Orlando Neighborhood Improvement Corporation's mission is to provide quality affordable housing and to assist in creating and restoring healthy neighborhoods and communities in Central Florida. ONIC provides more than "roofs and walls" through its established Resident Services Program which offers programs focused on increasing residents' quality of life.
