    Bronx Film 48 is a community filmmaking initiative established in 2019.

    Our mission is to elevate the cinema palette for our community by showcasing a curated list of independent films in the Bronx via park, rooftop, drive-in and garden screenings.

    We believe the best way to increase the number of filmmakers in the Bronx is to provide avenues for them to make films, watch films, and meet other filmmakers who are both local and independent.

    We want to expose filmmakers in the Bronx to the career pathways in the film and television industry.
