    The Brooklyn Museum is the second largest art museum in the United States and one of the premier art institutions in the world. Its monumental 560,000 square-foot landmark Beaux Arts building contains comprehensive collections that include more than 1.5 million objects - from Ancient Egyptian masterpieces to contemporary painting and sculpture - representing almost every culture and corner of the world.

    The Museum's Education Division is dedicated to producing diverse programs and resources that excite and enable visitors to make meaning from objects and information and consider the Museum a vital and educative institution.
