Endeavor TBD, LLC (E.TBD) is an operations firm for the socially-vested. Clients have a vision for the good, are grounded in their why, know what, and working on how–exactly how–to turn intentions into actuals. We’re all about How. 

Started in 2020, Endeavor TBD is now a team of 20+ staff and contractors–50% in Baltimore, MD and 50% across the U.S.--and an extended network of flex talent, collaborators and advisors. 

We call ourselves operators and have worked, contracted and consulted in the o’s of organizations and companies of many sizes and across multiple sectors. We’ve been Chief Operating Officers, Chiefs of Staff, Operations Directors / Managers, Program Operations Managers, Project Managers, and Administrators. And at E.TBD we work with organizations that are for good. We want impactful organizations and businesses to be keen operators. We work with you to get into more optimized operational formation, you keep doing what you’re doing–with more efficiency and more ease–to benefit the world. We do this through the following services: 

• Advising. We advise on the right how for right now.
• Staffing. We work with your team from within your team. 
• Projects. We manage core projects from kick-off to close + produce core outputs. 
• Training. We train on the tools you’ll use.

• We speak tech. We don’t call ourselves a tech company, but we kinda are. We are tech-enabled in our operational change work, and for our tech builds, we know productivity tools; and install CRM’s, project management systems, and knowledge management systems.
