IQST (www.iqst.in) is a multi-award winning, Indo-Swiss social enterprise which endeavours to eradicate poverty by creating sustainable livelihoods through job-linked skill development. IQST partners with the Govt. of India (through NSDC) and in PPP mode with State Governments to deliver its interventions to the grassroots level.

IQST focuses on disadvantaged, unemployed youth in the age group of 18-25 years of age and delivers life-altering, job-linked skill training in multiple domains (Retail, Hospitality, IT-enabled Services, Banking & Financial Services, etc.). Disadvantages include geographic, economic, social/ gender, etc.
