Little Steps Childcare

Little Steps is a childcare company in the Kenyan market that operates full-service childcare centers for children 3 months of age (after maternity leave) up to 5 years of age (before formal schooling) at or near companies’ offices for their employees. We ensure that the young children of the employees are in safe, developmentally-minded, and well-trained hands so that employees can spend their days focused on delivering value to their company and advancing their careers.

Our mission is to build a profitable model for delivering safe, reliable, and stimulating early childhood development care to children, working parents in the emerging middle class, and companies in urban areas of sub-Saharan Africa. In doing so, we also intend to help construct the ecosystem of awareness, policy, training, and regulations necessary to support early childhood development across the continent.
