    We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Volunteer Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our small but passionate team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit administration. No prior experience is required—just enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to helping a mission-driven organization.

    This role is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in the world.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Organize and manage digital files and documents (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets).

    Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and virtual meeting coordination.

    Help maintain contact lists, spreadsheets, and simple databases.

    Draft, proofread, or format documents such as letters, reports, and presentations.

    Support event planning (such as virtual workshops or webinars).

    Send emails, reminders, or updates to partners, volunteers, and team members.

    Provide general administrative support and suggest improvements where appropriate.

    Ideal Candidate:

    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    Good written and verbal communication abilities.

    Comfortable using (or willing to learn) Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).

    Self-motivated, dependable, and able to meet agreed deadlines independently.

    Flexible, adaptable, and open to collaborating with an international team.

    Passion for nonprofit work and social good is a plus!
