In this role, you'll lead peer support groups that offer a safe space for adults with dysautonomia to share their experiences, exchange coping strategies, and provide mutual encouragement. Your guidance will help cultivate a supportive environment where every member feels heard, understood, and empowered.

    Responsibilities

    • Encourage Active Participation: Motivate group members to participate, practice active listening, and support each other through shared insights.
    • Guide Relevant Discussions: Initiate and steer conversations on topics ranging from daily coping strategies to long-term well-being practices.
    • Collaborate with Founders and Moderators: Work closely with the founder and other team members to continuously improve group dynamics and overall program success.
    • Ensure Confidentiality: Uphold a strict standard of privacy and respect for all members’ personal stories and experiences.
