Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced e-learning developer to transform existing educational content into engaging, interactive training modules for sexuality educators. This project involves creating 9 professional development modules that will train educators to effectively implement the Making Proud Choices! (MPC) curriculum (an evidenced-based sexuality education curriculum for high schoolers). All content and subject matter expertise is provided - we need a skilled developer to bring this content to life through innovative instructional design.

Project Scope

• • Deliverable: 9 interactive modules using Articulate Storyline 360
  • Timeline: 2-3 weeks per module (18-24 weeks total project)
  • Location: Remote
  • Format: Adult professional development training for sexuality educators
  • Content: All educational content, SME access, and curriculum materials provided

Required Experience & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• • Professional Development Expertise: Minimum 3 years experience creating training specifically for teachers, educators, or educational professionals
  • Articulate Storyline 360 Mastery: Advanced proficiency with custom interactions, triggers, variables, and complex branching scenarios
  • Graphic Design Expertise: Strong visual design skills with portfolio demonstrating custom graphics, layouts, and visual hierarchy
  • Multimedia: Ability to integrate multimedia elements to increase engagement including sound effects, animation, movement, and music.
  • Adult Learning Design: Proven experience applying adult learning principles to professional development content
  • Interactive Design: Portfolio demonstrating creative, engaging elements beyond basic templates and interactions.
  • Legal Work Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
