    Blackbird is woman-led Employee Benefits Agency founded in 2018. Fun fact: we are currently the only Certified B Corp Benefits Agency in the country!

    Our mission is to help our clients bring a greater sense of humanity to their healthcare programs. We recognize the cultural and socioeconomic factors that create barriers to health and well-being, and we strive to provide kind-hearted, trauma informed support for their employees as they navigate our confounding healthcare systems.

    Our clients can trust us to be respectful and compassionate in our interactions with every one of their employees – especially those that may have more sensitive needs in their healthcare, or f ace discrimination due to their race or LGBTQIA2S+ identity.
