    Description

    A. Marie Consultants (AMC) seeks to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant. This position will support the CEO in daily tasks. He/she will be responsible for providing administrative assistance Including:

      • General office and clerical tasks
      • Proofreading/editing correspondence
      • Maintaining spreadsheets
      • Data entry
      • Researching new business development opportunities
      • Coordinating travel arrangements
      • Creating invoices
      • Scheduling meetings
      • Coordinating calendars
      • Placing business-related phone calls
      • Conducting research on prospective business opportunities
      • Other administrative duties as assigned

    Education/Experience:

      • Bachelor's degree preferred
      • A minimum of two years' experience in an administrative role.
      • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel specifically).
      • Strong research skills.
      • Excellent knowledge of AI programs.
      • Multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills.
