(HSPRD) has an opening for a Contract Attorney to start immediately to join the firm’s Complex Litigation group, which has a practice concentrated in the areas of Civil Rights & Constitutional Law, Employment Law, and False Claims Act litigation. The contract attorney position is expected to last for two to four months and will involve document review and managing declaration collection in a large wage and hour case, along with related work on employment cases as needed.

This position is currently open until filled. The anticipated start date for this position is immediately, in summer 2025. Candidates must have graduated law school. Experience in wage and hour law or civil rights litigation are valued, though not required.
Current admission to the Illinois Bar is required.
This is a full-time position with expected hours of 40 hours per week. The hourly rate for this position is $40 to $55 per hour, depending on experience, with no benefits.
This position is eligible for in-office or remote work, with a preference for attorneys who will be in office at least one to two days per week.
