    Federal Practice Group (FPG) is a small consulting firm located in Arlington, VA (Crystal City/National Landing neighborhood), focused on creating solutions to achieve our clients’ affordable housing program goals. We help government clients design, implement, automate, and measure outcomes from affordable housing real estate and loan programs. We strive to be our clients’ most trusted advisor and value long-term client relationships.

    Our immediate needs are for an Analyst who can serve in a utility position that will involve performing progressively challenging and rewarding tasks.

    What we’re looking for in a candidate:

      • Bachelor’s degree required
      • 1-3 years of work experience showing increasing levels of responsibility
      • Interest in affordable housing
      • Desire to deliver exceptional client service
      • Proficient in Excel
      • Self-starter with a desire to grow professionally and contribute to the growth of a small business
      • A clear and concise communicator who enjoys relationship building
      • Excellent organizational skills
      • Takes pride in producing quality written, presentation, and web products
      • Enjoys being part of a small team

    Job Responsibilities:

      • Assisting senior staff with administrative projects and client deliverables
      • Compiling and analyzing data
      • Managing client communications and multiple email inboxes
      • Performing due diligence reviews of program application materials and assisting with program rent adjustments
      • Developing and updating website and program user guides and SOPs
      • Assisting in process improvement and automation efforts for web-based applications, including testing new functionality
      • Overseeing website user administration and website help desk
      • Independent managing of schedule, workload, and assignments
