    About Us

The Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program advocates for the rights of all consumers receiving long-term services and supports. We strive to fulfill this responsibility every day by working to resolve complaints about services, helping people select a provider, providing information about benefits and consumer rights, and advocating for public policy initiatives to improve the quality of care and quality of life for consumers.
