The Municipal Government of El Chaco

Located in the Amazonian Napo region of Ecuador, we are an institution that works to promote the sustainable development of El Chaco. Our foremost goal is to improve the quality of life of residents while maintaining focuses on environmental stewardship and multiculturalism. We have many different departments such as: environmental management, social management, culture, public works, urban planning, sports, and tourism. We are looking for volunteers from all walks of life who care about the development of our town. If you have an idea for a project, please reach out and we will make it work!

We are currently working on improving our technological infrastructure. Our official email is the only one for the office and managed by a person who only speaks Spanish. For this reason, the personal email of a person who speaks English has been given. The website is in the process of being improved as well.
