The Atlantis Community Foundation (The Foundation) is looking for an Executive Director to lead our mission of integrating individuals with disabilities into all parts of society. The Foundation owns and manages apartment units and administers housing vouchers to create housing opportunities for those who face the greatest challenges in accessing affordable homes.
As the Executive Director, you will oversee existing properties and while leading the development and construction of new communities in the greater Denver area. You will work with the board to manage new properties, secure funding, and ensure compliance with voucher funding requirements. You will also oversee property management services and support services programs provided through contracted third-party partnerships.
We are looking for candidates with experience in real estate development, construction projects, affordable housing operations, and managing large properties. You should be able to interact with public entities, negotiate contracts, manage multiple projects, and create and meet annual budgets.
