    Field Organizer

    Who We Are

    SGB LLC is dedicated to building grassroots support for solutions that will transform the lives of American families like increasing the availability of affordable quality child care and elder care, protecting social safety net programs like Medicaid and SNAP, fighting climate change and protecting access to abortion.

    We’re looking for

    A driven, people-focused organizer to help build grassroots power and drive change across New Hampshire. This is a hybrid role that combines work-from-home flexibility with regular in-person organizing in communities across the state. Applicants must be based in New Hampshire.

    About the Role

    As a Field Organizer, you’ll cultivate and grow a local network of impacted individuals, community leaders, and other stakeholders to advance bold solutions on key issues from climate action to economic justice.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build relationships in communities across the state through in-person, phone and online organizing
    • Organize and support public-facing campaign activities
    • Recruit and engage volunteers in advocacy efforts
    • Conduct research and build targeted outreach lists to support organizing efforts
    • Track organizing work using tools like Airtable and Google Sheets
    • Other duties as assigned

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
    • Comfortable working independently while staying connected in a fast-moving remote team environment
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to meeting deadlines
    • Located in New Hampshire, with reliable transportation for regular field work
    • Interest in connecting fieldwork to broader campaign strategy
    • Passion for building a more equitable and sustainable future

    Pluses:

    • Experience door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, or other field-based outreach
    • Familiarity with Airtable, Google Suite, or other digital organizing tools
