With a Christ-centered mission, BCH provides residential services, foster care, adoption support, special needs ministries, family resource programs, and compassionate outreach to children, adults, and families across North Carolina and beyond.The Chief Development Officer will lead a mission-driven advancement team, building upon BCH's rich history of donor support to expand the organization's capacity and impact.
