Join a Global Movement for Climate Action

We’re seeking motivated interns to support key initiatives across programs, outreach, communications, and impact strategy. Whether you’re crafting compelling content, conducting research, engaging partners, or helping coordinate logistics, your work will contribute to a transformative movement that mobilizes students around the world to take meaningful climate action.

About Turning Green and PGC 2025

Turning Green is a global student-led movement committed to cultivating a healthy, just, and resilient planet through education and advocacy focused on climate justice, environmental sustainability, and public health. It equips students to lead change in their communities and beyond—mobilizing a generation to act with urgency, integrity, and purpose.

Project Green Challenge (PGC) is Turning Green’s flagship initiative—an annual 30-day global call to action that engages students in transformative daily challenges throughout October. The program builds knowledge, fosters agency, and inspires bold action on critical issues such as climate justice, ethical consumption, food systems, and public health. Since its launch in 2011, PGC has activated more than 342,000 students across 180+ countries and culminates in an in-person summit where finalists collaborate, lead, and scale their impact.

    • Track and organize data related to sign-ups, impact metrics, partner engagement, and media mentions
    • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects with staff and fellow interns
    • Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance the reach, impact, and creativity of Turning Green’s campaigns and educational resources
