    Description

    The Tenant Leader intern would be part of NLIHC’s IDEAS team. IDEAS stands for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Anti-racism, and Systems-thinking (IDEAS) and it is an organization-wide initiative to advance racial equity and inclusion in our policy analysis and strategy, our internal operations and relationships, and our work with external partners.

    The IDEAS team is seeking a tenant leader intern for fall 2025, with strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, writing articles for the Memo to Members and other outlets, assisting in planning and executing Tenant Talk Live and Tenant Talk, helping to coordinate NLIHC’s Collective and tenant retreat, and creating programming for and strengthening support to the Collective’s alumni base.
