    The Opportunity

    Cinereach is seeking an experienced executive assistant to support its Leadership Team. This is a fully virtual, full-time role. The prospective candidate will have an amazing opportunity to join a community of mission-focused colleagues. You will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the Leadership Team.

    Candidate Profile

    Reporting to the Operations Director, the ideal candidate is both approachable and respectful, comfortable with new ideas, virtual meeting platforms and scheduling systems. You are a strategic thinker and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. You are laser-focused on successfully executing projects and tasks anywhere on the spectrum of importance and complexity. You’re a highly collaborative team contributor and embody the company’s ethos and values system.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Executive assistant/executive support/project management experience is required
    • Demonstrated track record of excellent organization, project management, time management and self-motivation
    • Ability to work in a fluctuating environment with keen social and interpersonal skills in order to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
    • Excellent verbal and demonstrated written communication skills
    • Technical proficiency including with but not limited to Google Workspace, project management tools, and database / CRM systems.
    • Comfortable working in a remote environment and liaising with a team in various locations throughout the U.S.
    • Experience supporting multiple managers for calendaring, coordination, etc.
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent, sound judgment and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
    • Experience exercising discretion and integrity while dealing with sensitive and confidential information
    • Experience in the entertainment or media industry is preferred

    Responsibilities

    • Strategic Calendar Management: Implement proactive calendar management systems that protect the Leadership Teams' time and align scheduling with strategic priorities.
    • Meeting Preparation and Follow Up: Develop standardized processes for preparing comprehensive meeting materials, tracking priority action items while deprioritizing or delegating less important action items, and preparing and revising correspondence, follow-up tasks,and other documents and presentations, as necessary.
    • Task Prioritization: Develop systems to organize the Leadership Team members’ workload by urgency and ensure follow-through on commitments. Assist with daily administrative duties to free up Leadership Team time.
    • Information Management: Develop more structured approaches to organizing, retrieving, and distributing critical information.
    • Implementation of Cinereach's Objectives: Build deep understanding of Cinereach's strategic goals and objectives to provide highly relevant and additive insights to work outcomes.
    • Strategic Analysis: Build independent capabilities in ad hoc research, analysis, and providing strategic recommendations — this may be supported by AI but should not be AI-driven.
    • May serve on special projects, committees, or act as representative of the organization as necessary.
    • Travel may be required up to approximately 4 times/year.

    Compensation

    $75,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
