    Description

    We’re seeking a Project Manager (Assignments) to join our team and assist in coordinating ongoing investigations and assignments, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders involved in field assignments. If you’re a process-oriented person who loves managing logistics and keeping projects running on time, excels when working independently, and is ready to make an impact for animals, we’d love to hear from you!

    Job Details

    • Type of employment: Part-time permanent position at 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a flexible hourly schedule. Possibility of an increase to 40 hours in 2026.
    • Reports to: Director of Visual Content
    • Location: Remote. Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada. We are not able to apply for employer-specific work permits.
    • Annual Salary: $48,750 to $52,500 annual salary based on 30 hrs per week, based on experience (prorated from $65,000 to $70,000 at 40 hours/week)
    • Start date: September 22, 2025 (or sooner, based on availability)
    • Application deadline: Rolling interviews will take place until a qualified candidate is found.
