    Our all-boys, college-preparatory, faith-based middle and high school seeks a dynamic Director

    of Development to lead individual, faith, corporate and foundation giving. This senior leader

    will develop and oversee TJBA’s comprehensive fundraising strategy, cultivate and steward

    relationships with donors, foundations, and community leaders, supervise donor database

    management and ensure accurate record-keeping, coordinate events and initiatives that increase

    visibility and donor engagement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 5+ years fundraising experience
    • A self-starter
    • Commitment to the mission of faith-based, all-boys education
