    Philanthropy Executive Assistant

    As the Philanthropy Executive Assistant, you will help the Chief Philanthropy & Engagement Officer and the national Philanthropy team do their most impactful work so that College Track can cultivate and steward donor relationships that fuel our mission. Day to day, you will:

    1. Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for the Chief Philanthropy & Engagement Officer
    2. Prepare for internal and external meetings, including drafting agendas, taking notes, and overseeing follow-up tasks
    3. Lead logistical coordination for donor visits and national fundraising activities

    Compensation: This position is Full-Time, Exempt. The full compensation range for the Philanthropy Executive Assistant in Oakland, CA is $88,000-$110,000 / Year with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $93,500-$98,999/Year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
