    Partnership Director, JUMP! Experiential Education Framework

    Department: Experiential Education Framework

    Reports To: Director of Experiential Education

    Location: Budapest, Bangkok or other locations

    Preferred Start Date: Immediate (as soon as possible)

    Contract Term: 2 years, with potential for extension

    Compensation Range: USD$44,500 - USD$56,500 per annum

    Note: Cash Compensation includes Base Salary, a variable, performance-based component and discretionary housing allowance.

    OUR VISION FOR THE ROLE:

    The Partnership Director plays a key role in leading our long-term, embedded partnership with an international schools. This isn’t just about running great programs — it’s about building deep relationships, earning trust, and shaping how our Experiential Education Framework (EEF) comes to life in our partner school community. You'll be the bridge between our partner school’s evolving needs and JUMP! Foundation’s (JUMP!’s) global vision, making sure everything we deliver is thoughtful, values-driven, and contextually relevant.

    The Partnership Director is accountable for ensuring experiential education offerings for our partner school are principled, congruent with school needs, excellently delivered. This will involve ensuring systems are in place, mentoring a talented team, and bringing clarity, stability, and strategic leadership. Importantly, they operationalize systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs), elevate facilitation and risk management practices, and grow internal capacity. At the same time, they serve as a key link between the partner school, local/regional partners, and the broader JUMP! ecosystem, ensuring that the work at our partner schools become a blueprint for regional excellence and global influence.

    In addition, you will work with the EEF leadership to extend the impact of this model to new partners and regions, contributing to local trainings, piloting innovations, and helping position our partner schools as a regional exemplar for experiential education.

    WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

    1. A thriving, trust-based relationship with partner schools.
    2. Creating a stable, collaborative relationship reflected in high trust, communication, and strategic alignment with the needs of partner schools.
    3. Strong internal capacity
    4. Managing and developing your team in core competencies such as SOP creation and execution, project leadership, facilitation, and risk management.
    5. Operational excellence and institutional memory
    6. Building and maintaining clear documentation, systems, and procedures, ensuring continuity, quality, and the ability to scale best practices internally and regionally.
    7. Expanded impact of the EEF through partnership and innovation
    8. Collaborating with the Director of Experiential Education to explore new partnership opportunities, support local trainings, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of experiential education.
    9. Sustainable local partnerships that support high-quality delivery
    10. Identifying and integrating aligned, mission-driven local partners into programming, contributing to excellence, cultural relevance, and community connection.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field . A Master’s degree preferred.
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role (preferred)
    • Proven ability to design, plan, and deliver experiential education programs that are aligned with partner goals and learning outcomes.
    • Expertise in building and refining operational systems that support high-quality, scalable program delivery.
    • Adept in developing and implementing risk management protocols that ensure participant safety and organizational compliance.
    • Familiarity in designing educational experiences rooted in international school contexts, with specific knowledge of the IB curriculum and its learning philosophy.
    • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining trust-based partnerships through clear communication, cultural sensitivity, and shared goal-setting.
    • Familiarity with designing and applying tools to track program impact, gather feedback, and inform continuous improvement.
    • Certified in Wilderness Advanced First Aid (or higher), ensuring preparedness for field-based programming.
    • Hold a valid international driving license.
    • English language proficiency is required.
