    Description

    Sinai Assisted Housing Foundation - "Sinai House"- is a non-profit organization whose mission is to enable families to move from homelessness to independence by providing safe, affordable housing, comprehensive social services, and financial support. Sinai House offers two-bedroom, two-bathroom, fully furnished apartments to families who are experiencing homelessness. Our facilities accommodate for families at a time.

    Sinai House typically provides two-years of in-residency programming and two years of post-residency support, however we have five families (twenty individuals, including children) who have received long-term support, we are seeking the partnership of a Closing Case Management Coordinator to ethically exit these five families.

    We would like for the Closing Case Management Coordinator, who will be a six month contractor, to accomplish the following:

    • Identify the root cause for the family's continuation of experiencing housing instability.
    • Connect families to low cost to no cost community resources which includes, but is not limited to: mental health services, tutoring, cash assistance programs, job development, housing counseling and legal.

    A MSW is required an LICSW is preferred.
